**How soon can I get my furniture?
In-stock items can usually be picked up the same day and often delivered the following day.
**What is included in the delivery price?
Delivery and set-up for one fee! Our professional delivery team will bring your purchases to your home and set them up in your previously prepared space. They will haul off all the packing material so that you can enjoy your new furnishings and not worry with clean up.
**How far do you deliver and how much is the fee?
Our delivery radius is 50 miles from the store’s location, which is 2519 Ft. Campbell Blvd., Hopkinsville, KY. In-town deliveries are just $99.99, and out-of-town deliveries are $129.99. Check with your sales representative to find out the rate for your address.
**Where do you deliver?
Our delivery schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday: Cadiz, Gracey, Princeton, Eddyville, Kuttawa
- Wednesday: Hopkinsville
- Thursday: Cadiz, Gracey, Princeton, Eddyville, Kuttawa
- Friday: Elkton, Allegre, Central City, Clifty, Dawson Springs, Fairview, Fearsville, Greenville, Hanson, Kelly, Lacy, Lewisberg, Madisonville, Nortonville, Russellville.
- Saturday: Clarksville, Ft. Campbell, Allensville, Bumpus Mills, Dover, Guthrie, Herndon, Lafayette, Oak Grove, Pembroke, Trenton, Woodlawn.

**Will the delivery team take away my old furniture?
Yes, we will! Just ask your sales rep about the haul-off fees and conditions.
**Do you offer layaway?
Yes! We offer a regular 90-day layaway plan, which allows you to take home your purchase after paying off your layaway within 90 days. We also offer a 90-day take-home layaway, which consists of writing us 4 checks totaling the amount of your purchase, which will be cashed at regular intervals within 90 days of your purchase.
**What are your financing options?
We offer in-store financing, with a 90 day same-as-cash option. We also partner with Synchrony, Wells Fargo, Progressive Leasing, and Lendmark (a local company) for other financing options. Ask your sales rep what the best option is for you!
**Is there a military discount?
We offer free delivery for our military, veterans, and first responders – a $129.99 value!
**Do you still have the clearance center?
Yes! Just ask your sales rep and they will be happy to take you!
**Do you have anything in stock?
Yes! We strive to keep our items in stock. What we have in stock changes daily so make sure to come in and look!
**How easy is it to keep my new furniture clean?
Every household treats their furniture differently, so it’s important to get furniture that will best suit YOUR needs. If stains or accidental damage are a concern for you, then think about checking out our Safeware Life Proof program! Ask your sales rep for details.
**I’m concerned about my animal’s claws ripping the furniture.
We understand! We are pet owners as well! Ask a sales rep to show you fabric that’s better at holding up to claws and paws. We also offer a Life Proof extended warranty to help alleviate the stress of potential problems!
**What is your return policy?
Most merchandise, other than bedding (mattress, box springs, sheets, pillows, mattress protectors), can be returned within 48 hours if it inspects as new. This means no smoking or pets in the home.
**Do you repair furniture?
We can repair furniture from any of the vendors we currently carry, regardless of where you bought it. To get more in-depth information on repairing your furniture, feel free to contact our service coordinator!
