I can't recommend Herb Hays enough. We've bought several items at the store and always had great prices and service. Marcus is awesome, working hard to make sure we were pleased.

We have been looking for a couch for at least two years and haven’t found anything. We went to a local “home town” store and were treated as if we were an inconvenience. The people at Hayes were super nice they greeted us and allowed us to look and sit as long as we needed. They were not pushy but helpful. We not only bought a couch but two recliners.

Herb Hays Furniture will definitely be my go to for all my furniture needs. Not only do they have the lowest prices around the customer service is exceptional. We needed to come in after hours and Marcus was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process of us purchasing our pieces. He even took time and care to ensure we got everything we needed without us feeling pressure or rushed. I will definitely return and send all my family and friends to see the team over at Hays. Tyler was very helpful in selecting my husband's mattress for his sciatica issues. He had great knowledge about all we looked at along with bamboo sheet selection. The delivery gents, Carl and (?)Austin, we're prompt and courteous. They were willing to assist me with any set up or changes I needed to the frame to make the bed comfortable for my husband. I had custom ordered some furniture and ended up being very allergic to the fabric. I was having asthma attacks and subsequent doctor visits. The policy said no returns on custom orders. I called them anyway. They told me to come in and pick out something else! I couldn't believe it! I never dreamed of this kind of customer service. They will be my furniture store forever!

The first place I went was Herb Hayes furniture store, the reason I choose there is because in 1963, my mom and dad.went there and Mr Hayes treated them like royalty. We also were treated wonderful.
